I wish that too. But I can't create new maps, and editing existing ones in hammer doesn't work for me, because it is unstable and doesn't compile on my computer.

It's a nice feature. I get lot's of trouble in the hub's sewer. And if it's possible, then it's also possible to use Auspex and see enemies on the radar, and many other stuff.

Like, pressing M to view the whole map, so you can get directions.

I would just take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the sewer layouts. It's confusing at first but if you stop and run through it a few times, memorizing the entrances and exits is pretty simple.
