Discipline should have a different font/colour, I mean I know if I'm using Serpentis

For persuasion, seduction, and intimidation you also know what you try. So, as I stated above, I would prefer it if both lines were colored, the successfull one and the other. Maybe add a small amount of randomness, and you know you try, but not if you will succeed. Unless your feat is way beyond the minimum requirement.
