I actually have something in mind for that place, so yes I agree with you, excellent place for a side quest (along with inside the hotel).

Gimbles Prostetics as well as the tatoo parlor could use some quests.

Gimbles could be a new place for some Tsimisce Ghouls, monsters or snuff additions.

Where is the Sabbat/Rodrigues cut-scene location? Is it possible to get there ? If yes, it could be another location.

The sabbat/rodrigues, for all i know, is a separate map that can't be reached normally through the game. Maybe zer0 could use some of his magics and make it playable.

Getting there should be possible. But it's probably as incomplete as the place of the intro cutscene. Haven't checked it out yet.

Correct, it's just a back drop. When I ran around in it, many things were missing and wouldn't be a suitable place for the PC to be. Maybe if we used the SDK for map building but I'm far from involving myself in that.

Same goes for the intro map. Just an incomplete map of Santa Monica's second street, with a not even hidden teleport trigger to a place upstairs from Foxy boxes, with a nice view on the Asylum. Don't even remember if this place has all 4 walls and a ceiling. And teh stakers appear more or less just from out of nowhere.

The Pier stays always close after the murder scene and that is a big place to check out, it goes in straight line from the hanging corpse and then takes a slight right turn.

Eh too bad there are some things that look levitating in air when you look over a fence jumping up to a trash container in some locations.

Oh by the way anyone ever noticed first time you come thru the tunnel to the beach and when you're about to walk up those stairs you can see a wolf over them cliffs and as you approach he turns around and runs away?

It is Beckett, in fact. He isn't following you, of course Laughing You could even shoot the wolf if you stay far enough not to trigger the escape. It doesn't interfere with Beckeet appearing later in the game, oddly Suspect scratch
If you have Auspex and use it, aura of the wolf says Kindred, anyway.
