Vandal doesn't appear?

Hi, doing the Lily quest right now.. and i encountered a bug where i free Lily and i walk to the door expecting Vandal to come.. but he won't.. Now i don't know how to solve this so i can play further^^ Tried changelevel, noclip active etc. but can't move and no one approaches me.. stuck^^

Hmm, Vandal appeared in my playthrough so my bet would be that it is a one time glitch

Hm, cut scene problems are always tricky. Especially when a dialog npc doesn't appear. Sorry, I don't have an easy solution for the problem. I believe the only thing you can do is go back to the last saved game and hope it's a one time glitch...

I remember doing the tutorial once, and in the cutscene where you get mashine-gunned, Jack didn't turn up. So the two Sabbat got killed by thin air, but since Jack wasn't there afterwards, I couldn't talk to him, and so got stuck...

Whenever I have these problems I tend to reload back to the most recent (auto-)save which tends to fix the problem.
If it doesn't I tend to go back for as much as I have to (or can) until it works, if it still wouldn't I would restart the character entirely; even if that is a last resort option as far as I'm concerned.

I reloaded up to 4 saves back and still happens..

I've never had this specific issue but I have it where the cut scene begins and my character gets stuck on the corner of the doorway making it impossible for Vandal to initiate the conversation with me. It's not a TFN bug as this has happened several times in CE and Vanilla. The only thing that worked was reloading the save and reposition my character better.

Luckily I never had problems with this cutscene yet.
On another matter about the Thibblood quest. What do you think of the possibility to feed Lilly a bloodbag before freeing her to prevent the frenzy.
a) What about the idea?
b) Is this possible from a technical point of view?

From her journal, I know she was already starved when she tried to get into the bloodbank. So my first thought is getting a bit of blood into her, if I really want to set her free, and get useful info about thinbloods from her.

I was playing TFN 1.0 and when I went back to the club to find the twisted sisters pointing a gun into a mirror, they never turned to address me so I had to stop the game and do it again. That only happened once.

Hey, I've run into this glitch on a few different occasions. It seems to only happen, if I have cheated to give my character extra xp. If you do the Lily quest before you add extra xp to your character with the console, you should be able to get past this point.

Once I had to reload something like 8 times to get through the damn doorway, and this was before I had TFN. It's a real pain in the ass, but that's Bloodlines for you. :/ I still hold my breath and steer the character as straight as possible when approaching that dreaded doorway.

I like the idea! That's just my opinion as a player, though. I can think of plenty of ways it might make the quest more interesting.

I agree, I just don't know how we would get the voice actor to do the additional lines. And Lilly doesn't talk enough for me to properly cut up sound files.

Is it possible to just have her sigh or something before proceeding to the part about who she is etc?
The "Don't tell E" part could be explained as not telling him she was trying to steal.

Maybe you could force/subdue her into silence via dominate/high intimidation. You would not need additional soundfiles (maybe only a few words like I- ...., How- ... ) etc while you interrupt her.
