| I need a little help redirecting the hub music in my CE 1.5 install. In Hollywood it randomly plays the themes for Hollywood and Chinatown. And (so far) in Chinatown it's only played the Hollywood theme. This has happened in the past, but at the time I figured it was just a temporary problem, as I was having trouble with that install.
Anybody know where to edit it? Or whether I even have the right idea as to the problem? | |

| Yep, you're right. I have mixed up the paths for those hubs. Fixed for the next edition. The second piece it playes in Hollywood isn't exactly the original Hollywood theme, but an as yet unused piece of music by Rick Schaffer, the original composer of the bloodlines music. It is called Hollywood hub Part 2. If you want to fix that problem for yourself, you have to edit the vamputil.py file. You can do that with any simple text editor, like notepad. Better editors probably will even notice the Python syntax, and highlite it. Near the end of the file, there is a large block called custom music. In there is a long list of elif (club == "xyz"): blocks. Find the ones for "hwhub" and "chhub", and switch the vanilla paths. When you see it, you'lll know what I'm talking about. If you run into problems, pm me. - | |
