BTW, looking through the advanced powers I noticed "Chiropteran Marauder" at Vicissitude 6. So not only is LaCroix's sheriff a practioneer of Vicissitude, he also has to be at least 7th generation.

Does that mean he's from clan Tzimisce?

The Sheriff is from an African Bloodline (Nagloper), whose parent clan is the Tzimisce clan (mainly, with some Gangrel lols, but the Tzimisce and the Gangrel are both shape-shifters anyway).

Ahhhhh I see well yeah I can see that clan being pretty much impossible to play and I don't see the Camirilla letting them carry on like that since they pretty much flout all the laws and don't really sound like they are a large clan like the Sabbat sect they at least have a large force of numbers to stop themselves being wiped out.
