Santa Monica Hospital Glitch --random glitch or no bug at all

When Dominating the guard to get him to give you his keys then leave you alone, when you go near him again, he gets aggro on you.

Have you done anything funny downstairs that called for a guard there?

Nope.
Well, I suppose that I opened the door leading to the security cameras room when he was right by me.

That shouldn't matter when you have permission to be upstairs. Then he should only turn aggro if you attack him or if he catches you breaking into the room with the safe.
