There's a dialogue Presence option, a threat, to kick his teeth in. Is it intentionally there and intentionally useless?
EDIT: The Presence option to make him write bad review also leads to him getting aggravated and calling me jackass. Now I do have to kill him.
The dialogue is fucked up. When I persuade him, the text says "I love your work" and PCs only reaction is "Uh bye" (though he talks right and I am succesful).
Otherwise the quest -killing him- works fine.

The presence option is to replace intimidation, which also leads to hostility. And the other issue has already been fixed.
