Celerity

1) Celerity (or what the heck thing is called) is tone annoying when opening the doors. So slow. So, it might be not for this thing only, make a button that stops one (or all) disciplines at a time. Then you press it again and discipline resumes.
2) Faster reload. You're ment to be quick as hell, at level 5 especially (AKA Matrix mode), can see bullets fly and so on but some weapons I could have long reloading. Like full empty shotgun or the Hunting Rifle thing (forgot the name)!
3) Quicker shooting speed. If you're so fast to doge bullets or be faster than average human, you must have be able to press trigger more faster...
4) At least make PC Bullets be slow as other bullets too...Celerity enchances the Vampire, not bullets. How logical is it to other people bullet speed be slow and PC's instant?

1. Press F8 to turn off current self-buffing disciplines.

2. You're seeing through the eyes of the person going faster. In their perception, the world would be abit slow for perceptual reasons. Can you imagine how much potential a ghoul has at Celerity 8? Enough to make projectile vomiting an actual weapon use.

Sans joking, people make weapons, therefore people kill people. A gun cannot load faster or fire faster because that's not how it's made. If you desire speed, then some of the late game guns might be your best choice, the earliest being the Uzi in the "get the briefcase for Larry" mission if you can take on all of the people present.

1. That turns OFF ALL. I want to pause. If I will turn all of my disciplines off, especially when I got them many on, I could loose a tone of Blood Points. That's the idea to pause for a bit, not turn off
2. Celerity as Ghoul 8 when Vampire PC may have max 5....seems legit. Besides, why when shooting, I dont see my bullets?

And not necessary that gun can't reload faster than others. Imagine you are having Machine gun and load of bullets. You ARE going to reload faster because you grip your other pack of bullets and attach them to the weapon.  

A ghoul could have Celerity 8 ... but only if his domitor was Caine himself.

Caine wouldn't have Ghoul in the first place...why would he need one?

He had one back in Enoch. His name was Jabal and it's said he had more of Caine's blood in him than his own. But you are correct in saying that nowadays Caine wouldn't bother with ghouls anymore.

3. No. Complex mechanics. You can pull the trigger as fast as a jacking off porn star, but the machine still needs it's time.

1. But when you have multiple on, like Potence, Celerity, Blood Buff, Blood Heal, it's just a shame that you have to turn all of them off when you want to turn off 1. If no pause, then stop. OK but I'd like to stop one particular, not every single I have.

4. Uh, no. Not when I play. When I shoot while Celerity on, my bullets are instant but everyone elses are slowed down. My bullet speed is instant, everyone else has a Matrix slowdown on.

This suprised me too, maybe he's waiting how others react but I don't think so. Or, he may be busy. But certainly he should comment.

Wouldn't know how to do any of this. So why would I speculate?

Wouldn't know how to do any of this. So why would I speculate?

I know that there was a thing that allowed you to switch discipline on and off but was "Deleted" in TFN and CE. Forgot what was the name but was one of the options. That could be idea for reason 1, or at least partly.
And you could just say something like "I won't do this, no idea how, good night"
Anyways, it was just an idea.
