| A hero that lacks perspective? That thinks blindly about his beloved Skyrim, knowing it is under threat in a similar vein to the Empire, and instead of trying to aid the Empire AGAINST the Thalmor, he wants to fight the EMPIRE. Which, I think, is NOT the problem. A fact I'm sure most are well aware of, obviously. Maybe there is a good reason why I've mostly stayed out of it. It's this kind of clustered details rooted somewhat in belief that I am not so fond of. That and it's is sometimes difficult to pull correct details together when you are in such a frustrated mindset. Which isn't about the gameplay, no it's the story.
But seriously. Anybody else ever play with Inconsequential NPCs? Yeah, it is a good mod. But what happens if you decide to use that on a playthrough, and forget one key change it makes to an obvious city? Oh, and to top it all of, not only do I start this character in Windhelm...she is also an Argonian. Here is me thinking I'll go inside get a couple of quests, sell a few things, etc. But no. A short-sighted idiot on stone means she stands in Windhelm with a 3000 gold bounty, and while she would love to simply deal with it in the more violent way, she cannot. Why? Well, nevermind that I myself would never really think of this, but Sophie was witness to the fight. Ugh. I know why she would care(bloody morality settings), but I question if she really would. Like I do with a lot of NPCs in this game. Like the followers whose morality doesn't change upon becoming a follower, and depending on the character you are playing, they might just attack you at some point. Like if you bash a lock with a perk added by SPERG. I honestly do not know why that happens. Sure, if it would be a lock like those that already would get you a bounty for picking, fine. But a chest in a dungeon? A door in the Ratway?
I was already thinking that this character would be joining the Imperials. Now, she wouldn't do it for Skyrim. She'd do it just so she could knock that fool off his throne, and shout him to death. Irony? Perhaps. A sword would just not do the job properly.

If you want to progress like mad, make jewelry. No perks necessary. Ger Transmute spell, mine Iron Ore, Transmute it on the way to quests, then make necleces and rings. Both Smiting and Alteration will skyrocet.

| I am well aware that jewelry is the easiest way to advance smithing these days. But back in 2013 when the comic was made the easiest way to smith was to spam leather bracers. That was before the patch where they made skill progress depend on the value of the items you smith. | |

| You mean mods where you level up by collecting XP and then getting points to distribute among your skills? That sort of thing?
I prefer skill use based leveling.

That's why my Pickpocket is at 17... That's why you will always be inferior plebs who shall never taste the glorious heights of Skyrim experience. You shall waste your days making iron daggers and leather helmets, dancing around a mudcrab while casting mage armor, and toggling autorun next to a sleeping enemy. Seriously now, the skill use based leveling is a fucking grindfest, especially when you're using mods that make the game harder like Requiem

| Skyrim. How Lovely.
Anyway, I just spent probably an hour trying to figure out why I was getting a crash with Jayce's saves. Not one during the middle of gameplay, but rather loading a save(no missing masters or the like, nor removed mods). Even had to kind of reinstall Skyrim, as Steam seemed to think it wasn't installed - when I could see from the contents of the games folders it was. So finally I checked the Papyrus settings I probably foolishly changed. Reverted them back to vanilla and that most recent save? Loaded with no crash. Whew. Hopefully the problem is gone.
Now if you will excuse me, Jayce and I hear the call of the blood.

You can level up Alteration too, my mage was pimp walking his way through bandits and draugr with the amount of flesh spells and enchantments he had.

| Of course they can. We all saw that trailer, didn't we? I've seen many dragons do that, although depending on terrain it can look...odd, mainly since that debris trail isn't always on solid ground, nor solid itself. Especially odd with some of the Word Walls or Dragon Lairs with stairs - like the one near Mehrunes Dagon's Shrine and Labyrinthian.
You mean like adding text to the screenshot or something? Technically it can be a wallpaper already, so long as the image format is one your system is able to use as one. Steam saves them usually as .jpg files, or .png if saving an uncompressed copy(in which case both are saved).
Also, a nice shot of Alduin near Kynesgrove:

| Yep. We have a Dragon Crisis in place of Oblivion, and we are off doing something inane, or just something else. Like if you go do Dragonborn(DLC) in the interim between speaking with Delphine and actually going to Kynesgrove. Actually, with my Dunmer character Talva, I've already completed Dragonborn, and now am going through Dawnguard with her - with Delphine waiting. Which side did she pick? This should answer that question. - Spoiler:
Also...well, I guess I can't say Jayce has eaten worse, although it depends on if you consider cannibalism worse than...well...the Harvest Overhaul mod offers a food item called "Bosmer Surprise", and adds the Human Flesh item to enemy NPCs - which she habitually takes. And for the point of Dragons crash landing, went from Orphan Rock(doing the obvious quest) to Ancient's Ascent as a Werewolf, and had a dragon...well, crash. Crash Landing - Spoiler:
