| VTMB is probably my favorite game ever. The only problem is that I play it on a mac. I have a popular cider download version of the game, but so far no patches for it work. Is there a way to make this mod work with it? | |

| I wish I could help you out there bud, I've never owned a MAC, ever. I wouldn't even know where to start on something like that. Maybe another member around here who owns a MAC will chime in on this one to help you out.
If I find out anything, I will let you know.

| Except for this little baby I never owned a Mac. I don't think it can run Bloodlines.. It doesn't even have a HD.. But I have friends, maybe one is a mac addict | |

| Thanks! I hope so. The game runs fine on my mac, and i think it would be possible to apply the patch/mod to the game but i just do not know where to put it. Thanks for helping out. | |

| HAHAHA Claudia, nice picture!
Crysee,
I have no idea how the file structure is setup for a MAC so I wouldn't know where to install it. I highly doubt it's C:\Program Files\Activision\.....

| Hey Claudia, when was "this little babie" invented? Before or after the wheel? Crysee, your problem is probably, that the mac can't execute the installer. But you should be able to handle a rar archive. If it doesn't get to big, I could send it to you per email. I'll come back when I'm done packing. - Edit: It's about 300 Meg | |

| For 300 megs, if you don't own a ftp, go for megaupload.
(My Macintosh is from 1985 or so, it's at my grand parents country house and I play on it when I go visit them. Yes, it still works, and yes, playing sincity and shufflepuck is awesome)

| Yes, I was fearing, that it would get way too big to be posted . I just tried to think of something to get around the windows .exe files. Crysee, perhaps one of your friends can unpack it on his pc (Just install it into an empty directory), and transfer the files to your mac via a local network or burn them on a CD or something like that. - | |

| Okay. So I use a PC to unpack the file etc. and transfer it via usb or cd to my mac. Then where do I put the file? | |

| After unpacking you don't get a sinlge file, but a whole set of files and subdirectories. You have to copy that into the vampire base directory (for the pc retail-version it's called something like \Activision\Bloodlines; I'm not sure, because I never use the standard directories) In the base directory for the basic game you should find the file vampire.exe and the three subdirectories \bin, \docs, and \vampire. While copying you have to keep the structure of subdirectories and overwrite the existing files. - | |

| What MAC OS are you using? You will want to drop the \vampire\ folder from CE 1.2 into the \vampire the masquerade\ folder on your mac. We don't know what the file structure is because we don't know what OS you're using. Also, when you installed Bloodlines did you use the default installation location?
Let us know these things...

| Ok, here is the URL for the .rar file. Let me know if you have any problems downloading it from filefront.
