Pull Toy - Glitch?

I was looking for the Pull Toy for one of Gary's poster quests. I had numerous sources online suggesting to look in the little back room of Redspot. However, I've found nothing. I looked in my inventory to make sure I didn't already have it, and I also checked in my Haven's trunk. Its not there. So, is there a glitch of some sort which made it disappear, and if so, is there an alternative way to acquire it (even if it requires cheating)?

I could have said JFGI, but it doesn't work because of the mod, so JFLFI (look for it)... maybe...

Sorry Chaz, I broke that particular quest to make the new animalism discipline.

Okay, I'll just try to follow the directions at the bottom of Claudia's second link. ;] Thanks Claudia! And it's very difficult to keep every little error out of a final copy, especially when you're reworking and working around some original stuff. So, glitches here and there like that should be expected, I think.
