Masquerade in France

On my hollyday in France I have seen lots of signs "Domaine de..."
So I ask myself is the french Camarilla not too keen on keeping the masquerade, or is the Camargue dominated by the Sabbat?

Is it close to Spain? If so, likely the latter.

Or they're keen on keeping the masquerade but even more keen on keeping the kids off their lawn.

That's one place to put them.

Maybe hunters and Sabbat think they are decoys while they are not; so they put fake decosys to decoy them

Well I can't be sure and even if I was I may lie about it. It's like Zeno in "La coscienza di Zeno", the narrator is unreliable .
