I read that I shouldn't be shy and think about the limitations of the game engine, so my idea/suggestion is:
Endgame replay value: play as a Hunter!

If you beat the game, you get to play as a Hunter. You pick one of the models avaiable, one of the three histories, level up the attributes, abilities, and HUMAN DISCIPLINES!!! Shield of Faith, Truesight, Prayer...

The scenarios would be Blood Hunt Santa Monica, Nosferatu/Hollywood Sewers, Chinatown hub and... anywhere, really. The point is to kill and not be killed. You have a timer, and when it ends, you head back to the HQ, where you receive an email with the new mission (aka stage) and will have time to distribute more points.

I wish the whole mod would be like this, but then it wouldnt be a mod anymore, would it?

You can katana vampires and zombies. But it's not the whole game, just an extra mode, unlocked after the ending. It will be accessible on the main menu. Or if you go the the haven and use a new option, which is not email or help, "hunter", password christianity, hack lvl 1. You then possess the tier3 hunter and fight enemies across bloodhunt santa monica, with set weapons, disciplines, atributes and abilities.

Actually the bloodhunt can be completed without killing anyone through stealth. The problem is that there's plenty of vampire assholes with Auspex. I tested that using mundane stealth you can go fully undetected, ironically enough the mundane stealth on the bloodhunt level is more powerful than Obfuscate, even at 5.

Yes I know the problem, and not only at the bloodhunt. Take the Ash-sewers or Hallowbrook hotel. too many bloody auspexers and divine visionaires around. I hope I can do something about it. But this isn't very high on my priority list.

I thought that was intentional on Troikas part, a way to keep Obfuscate from being OP.

Hey, I said that. Not Childe of Malkav.

Anyway, Obfuscate is, or rather can be, OP against mooks but Obfuscate do nothing against bosses (except one single boss, the blood golem in the Gallery Noir and even then making it work is tricky).

But yeah for the most part you max Obfuscate and you become a silent god of the death. Then again you max Celerity and you become a noisy God of Death (much more OP since Celerity can be used vs bosses and you can also dodge bullets with it, eventually).
