Santa Monica Pier

During the stream, Eliza and I talked about the guys playing games on the Santa Monica pier. I don't know whether Malkav added them for CE, whether they're present in TFN or it was Wesp who put them there, but I don't think they belong.

There is a brutal murder scene just outside and they're playing games... it doesn't make any sense! What do you guys think?

What bothers me is that there aren't MORE there. Like, having the cops there scared everyone off. Most of us wouldn't care unless the cops specifically made us leave, and even then half wouldn't go away.

Speaking of that. There should be tons of spectators. Unless the cops have sent everybody away. But then the player shouldn't be able to just walk up there and have a look either.
