Messed up turtorial

I downloaded this a little while ago, but uninstalled it in about a day, because of it being way to troublesome for my brain
But even after I uninstalled it, the turtorial was still missing... "I have no valid answer" is the only option I get when speaking to Jack.
Also when I with another saved game was talking with Velvet, then I could again only say "I have no valid answer"

I hope that you can give me a clue about what I can do to solve this

CE doesn't uninstall very friendly because it takes needed files with it. I would suggest backing up your old saved games and reinstalling the game.

Why was CE so troublesome for your brain?

It was troublesome becouse of the messed up questes, it is very hard to play a game when you can´t come further than the turtorial
