Venus' money

I'm in the process of changing the conditions when you get money from Venus after dealing with Boris.
I don't like that it's entirely tied to the main quests. Especially because it is a bad distribution: 5*Downtown, 2*Hollywood, 2*Chinatown, 2*Giovanni, 2* Leopold, 2*Hallowbrook.
So I have change that. Now you get 5 points for main quests: Dane, Grout, Museum, 609, Found Gary, Rescued Barabus, Delivered sarcophagus, Leopold, Hallowbrook; and one point for major parts in side quests.
Counting starts when you are partner in the club and 5 points is equivalent to +5 G.Story_State which is the condition for receiving money in vanilla.
This means you get less money in downtown, but more in Hollywood and Chinatown. And you get your money according to the order in which you do the quests.

It seems a bit confusing , but maybe I just need to get used to it...
With this system don't you need to return to Downtown a lot?

Is it accumulative? I go there often, afraid of losing any money =(
So, if I don't stop by, like, until the end of the game, do I get all the money I didn't get until becoming partners?

You will only get the money from quests you did after becoming a partner.
And you have to return periodically or you will lose money.
I haven't decided exactly how I wiill handle this, but if you don't appear sometimes, Venus will hold some of it back.

What about killing her instead, isn't it more profittable then?
