Cool!
The only thing that bothers me is that he doesn't crouch to stealth ; )

LOL!

Yeah this is so great. I love seeing anything TV related to WoD. Have you guys seen the TV show "Kindred: The Embraced"? Such a shame it got cancelled because the Ventrue star of the show died.

It probably would have been one hell of a...well, an ass-pull to have Julian get himself out of that coup attempt by the Brujah Primogen, and whatever happens in that last episode, only to require some story for the second season or series explaining why he isn't there anymore.

I do find it interesting that there isn't anything else in terms of a TV series or movie for the WoD, but it's possible the reason is somewhat explained by the intruder short there - we have a ghoul in the lead role, rather than a Kindred. Even K:tE mostly seemed to focus on the more...normal Camarilla clans, and only went somewhat all out to have the Nosferatu.

If they had the main character of this short as a Vampire, well, some of the tension would be lost, namely if they went for any clan with Obfuscate, obviously. Maybe the guy can pass for Malkavian(strangely like that "gangrel" K:tE presented), or really any other, but...

I donno what I would think of a second season of KtE; I don't think I can call it terrible since I did manage to watch it and it would've run alright were it not WoD, but when you're making a show set in a established universe pandering to the fans of it, the first thing on the list is to make sure you get the damn universe done right.

What makes you think it's a ghoul? He's clearly no Nosferatu and he has too much patience for a Brujah, but I didn't notice anything that disqualifies him from being a vampire.

It is certainly possible that he is a Vampire, but given the mindset of the actor...

As for the two mentioned clans, either one seems possible, but brings up the question of why he would not have immediately dominated her the moment their eyes met(it is possible he would not have thought of it, or had no time), but again, if that was done, the tension of the moment, and the question of what happened next, gone.

Make a list of the clans that can't Dominate, Obfuscate, Dementate and Celerity.

Where'd you get that quote from?

In the game any sort of interaction will fail the quest and that includes Dominate powers. Perhaps they played it faithful to the source? Alternatively the fledgeling failed to think fast enough.

Gangrel, Salubri and Tzimsice. Technically Ravnos too, but they get Chimerstry. If we allow Dominate clans we can expand the list to include Tremere, Ventrue, Lasombra and Giovanni.

What? Nobody said it had to be a Camarilla clan.
