Only thing i've noticed is Auspex requires you to use before entering a new map for the inspection to work. but thats a non-issue. We just opened Chinatown.

Personally, i prefer the long sessions where I can knock a lot out. essentially i'm hitting all side quests I can with few exceptions (Imalia).

All 3 parts of Night 3 Salubri are now available.

You shouldn't have to activate auspex before entering a new map to get the Inspection bonus. Items should instantly appear when you activate it then disappear after you deactivate. Are items not doing that?

Please forgive me if I introduce myself without permission in this thread, but ... activate Auspex before enter a new map? I don't know, speaking with the taxi driver breaks the Discipline, right?

When I mean new map I'm referring to, for example, going from your apartment to the hub (Santa Monica/Downtown). Not hub to hub.

Also did a session which will be up on YouTube. Wouldn't be surprised if I finish this playthrough with the next session.

Last nights playthrough was kinda longer than I wanted. But 5 parts was well worth it.

Going through the checklist all thats left is Griffin Park and then end game. So this should conclude tonight.

But what about the Final Night!?! Well, I have a few ideas. Usually I take a break between playthroughs, something I haven't done since I started with 1.4. I could always start a new Clan (as I will be doing that special early showing next week.)

Did you encounter any bugs with your Salubri playthrough? How did you like the new Auspex discipline?

Salubri felt right. On the fly Auspex inspection, as I said, only worked when entering a new area via load screen. However, I do see that as a way to keep things balanced. All in all super good playthrough.

And so the story of Athena Iris the Salubri ends. It was a great playthrough, can not recommend this clan enough. The end credits new music is great, even if I'm partial to Swamped. The difficulty was right where I'd like it to be. Gary's blackmail item was super useful, Obeah was fantastic.

I was weary on that discipline, but not anymore. Level 4 became the carry I needed through end game with basic clothing to keep my stealth of 8.

We set up Ashalla the Baali for the next playthrough with the Practitioner of Evil History. That will start tomorrow night, the last night of the pre release festivities.

I better get the stream cut up for YouTube. Thank you all.

That's a great review and I'm super excited to hear your feedback about the Salubri, and the overall balance of XP and money.

I'm still a little confused when you say "Auspex only worked when entering a new area via load screen." I'm not sure what that means.

It's how I'm explaining it. If, for example, I used Auspex to bump my investigation to find the hidden weapon in the "crappy apartments above Trip's Pawnshop," I'd need to use it before entering that zone/map to get the investigation to trigger.

You shouldn't have to do that, you should be able to activate it anywhere and have things appear before your eyes, and disappear before your eyes when deactivating it.
