Hi. Other than making you play with no allocated points, only bloodline strenghts and weakness, does the hardcore mode have anything else?
Oh yeah, since I will play the new 1.4, how to turn Hardcore mode ON without finishing the game?

Hardcore mode only denies you the starting dots and your character starts with a blank slate, it doesn't do anything else special.
I'm not sure what you mean turning on hardcore without finishing the game. Do you mean turning it on during a current playthrough? You could do something similar with the console, stripping yourself of XP.

I want that, but I don't know how to use the console. Isn't there a workaround?

Are you wanting to reduce the amount of experience or dots of your character, mid game?

No. I want to know how the game enables the button "hardcore more" to the save/character so I can click it with a new instalation (new TFN).

Awww okay. I don't think the game attaches any code to the character when hitting the "Hardcore" button. I believe all it does is wipe the dots out of a new character. You could simulate this by adding up all of the XP you would'n't have received and subtract that from your new character, using the console. I've never tried this but it's a possibility.
-OR- deny yourself any additional XP (of that same amount) moving forward in your quest.
-OR- start a new character and play it with hardcore mode enabled.
Other than that I'm not sure how to simulate this mid game.
