Heart of Darkness

The Heart of Darkness disciple is not working properly for some reason.
When I use it the blood pool does not drop, and I can still use other disciples which I thought you could not.
Also the heart does not show in the inventory.

Are you using Presence 3 or higher also?

What's "almost undestructable" on VtMB? Does it prevent death?

I did read the manual. It doesn't not tell what it does - it says it has it's own charms.

Is it Warriors of Followers? In my game, it says Followers!
I used the Heart of Darkness discipline. I take damage normally (no reduction at all), and I can still die. That and being unable to use other disciplines makes this one the worst discipline so far, imo.
Plus, someone reported it didn't work correctly (not showing the heart on inventory) when using Presence3.

This explains the discipline quit nicely so if you still don't understand what it does, I don't know what to tell you.

I'm asking what the point of using it, if it drains all your blood point and does NOT make you "nearly" indestructible.

Two strange bugs: When I play the game, it says Followers of Set instead of Warriors of Set. That also gives me 6 disciplines to learn from, instead of the usual 5!!!
Secondly, when using Heart of Darkness, there's only two disciplines I can raise: Potence and Obfuscate.

Edit 2: Even with 1 blood point, I can use Potence and Obfuscate. They both cost 1 blood point and well, all disciplines are gone. From the character chart, from the mouse wheel, and from the hotkey menu (default K)

Edit 3: Heart of Darkness can end prematurely. I still don't know what causes it, but apparently moving from one map to another. Also, after certain point, it stops working altogheter - you use HoD but it doesn't consume bloodpoints, and the heart doesn't go to the inventory. No soaking bonus as well.

Edit 4: It automatically ends when you enter dialogue. It always active Presence, regardless of Presence level, and since using HoD removes my discipline, it stops HoD to give me Presence again.
The thing is, when I say always, it's even on level 1 Presence, so it's pointless. From Presence 3 and onward, it's interesting.

BUT, imagine if you were to talk before a fight, which is pretty common. Brother Kanker, Bishop Vick, the chinese brothers, Bach... you must wait a few seconds before reactivating it! You can't just stop and use it

You can move while casting. The animation is sick (good), but it's weird to slide around vomiting your heart out... maybe slowing your movement speed by 90~99%?

Sounds to me like you have a corrupted game or you installed 1.4 over some other mods. Either way, your Warrior of Set should not even have Obfuscate anymore and the fact that you do, tells me your game is jacked, making the rest of your post irrelevant.

In all honesty, I don't understand what you're trying to tell me. After I saw that your Warrior of Set had Presence, Potence, Serpentis, AND Obfuscate, I knew something was goofed on your install. But then I went back and re-read what you wrote and I'm totally confused at what you're trying to tell me.
