in that case: welcome back old sucker
You can't install all of them at the same time. These mods all make different changes to the same files, so you will end up with a mess of not quite working things.
This game just wasn't built with modding in mind, so every mod has to change the game files. There are no plugins like in oblivion or some other games.
If you really wnt to have it all, your best choice is the newest version of clan quest. This is built on the 6.9 or 7.0 patch (I'm not sure right now), and you can choose to install the 1.2 version of camarilla edition and some other smaller mods along with it. CE 1.2 has the blood timer and the changed disciplines, but not the latest CE features like the email college.
Or if you have enough disk space, make multiple installations: Install the game, make copies of everything in three different directories and then install the patch (basic or plus as you want it) on one of them, Camarilla Edition on the second, and Clan Quest on the third. And leave the clean basic installation alone. Then you can test everything and keep what you like. And if a new mod hit the market, you can install it without bothering to remove everything else and make a new clean installation for the new mod.
