Hi everybody!

I'm sorry to say it this blunt, but I'm off this game for the forseable future. And while I'm sure to return to playing, I really don't know if I will return to modding.

I'm both really sorry and happy to hear that. On one hand, you know it's sad you won't continue to do your amazing work, but on the other hand you really deserve to live your life and get a good long rest.
CE 1.4 is good as it is so we can live with it
One day when you decide to come back to the modding stage (I'm sure it will happen one day) we will still be here

Thanks for your understanding, Yami.
But a lot of the problems with CE1.4 -even after the patch- crept in when I was making the installer for the download, not in my working version. That's the reason why I'm not sure if I want to go into the trouble of packing an installer for a new version again.

I am the fledgling on the block, but I am sad to hear that you are stepping down. I know we never communicated before, but I was suprised to receive notice that you were done. I hope all is well, and I defineately hope you will return. You have put your stamp on so many things here. I played CE 1.4, and thought It was terrific! You WILL be sorely missed!!!

The fact that you want your life back proves that you're not as crazy as your namesake. Nobody said this was a lifetime gig. Have fun playing for a change, and I'm sure we'll see you around on this forum and the Planet-Vampire forum.

What can I say Malkav other than you are and always will be the backbone of TCI. You're work has allowed so many possibilities that otherwise wouldn't have been possible, and you will be sorely missed. On the up side, I'm glad to hear that you are going to start playing and enjoying your life, and won't have the stresses of modding Bloodlines anymore.

Of course we still want to see you on the boards from time to time, you've made many of us smile here and your friendship is needed above all else. You will always be my right hand man.

I certainly will stay on the forum. Perhaps not on a daily basis, but I will check in at least once per week. And if somone really needs scripting help, I surely will be there.
I don't want to miss your friendship either. It's just that I know the game too well by now, so there is no more real fun in it for me.

Sorry to hear you are out... Well, hope to see you on the TCI forum and thanks for all the hard work you have done. I wish I had more time to play and use it. Oh, dear. Real life... Anyways, have fun, enjoy real life for a change and get back to us when you get bored of it
