Bertram quest

I'm on that quest where you have to retrieve the photo and send an email to Bertram.

Well, I have the photo, but when I type in "Send Email" on both Milligan's computer and the haven's computer, no more commands come up.

I can't figure out how to get past this. I tried to look at the other thread, but everything flew right past me.
