Key of Alamut given by the wrong person

According to Pisha the occult item that she gives us in exchange for the Giovanni Mansion book is the key of Alamut (she gives a brief explanation on how the item works), the problem is I had already received this item from Isaac for getting rid of Andrei and as a result got nothing from Pisha.

I just changed the item given to you by Isaac from the Key of Alamut to the Mummywrap Fetish. It will be updated in TFN 1.1. While I was at it I also increased the sell value for all Occult items to match the worth value. So now if you get an Occult item you don't really want or need, you can turn around and sell it for some decent cash depending on your Haggle score.

That doesn't help, if it is a quest reward. If you already have the item, and then get it from an npc, you still only have one.

The only way you would already have the Mummywrap Fetish is if you had an Inspection of 10 and found it in one of the hubs (without spoiling it I won't say which one).

For the record saved up and bought it from Mr Ox first, then was given it/nothing by Isaac and THEN given it/nothing again by Pisha. Very annoying so maybe some mundane replacement item or even money could be given instead. Just a thought

Here's what I did. If you already have the Mummywrap Fetish then Isaac will now give you cash instead. Also the Key of Alamut and the Odious Chalice are no longer findable or buyable, you HAVE to get them from Pisha only. I had to do it this way because Pisha explains that she's giving the player the items and says what they do. It would look funny if she then gave you cash after explaining all of that, lol.

This is all fixed in TFN 1.1.

Yep, for Pisha you have to give the item she tells you about. For the other npcs who give occult items as a quest reward, you can easily make a priority list via python, or, if you have enough space in the dlg file, let the player choose.
