Technical help- installing two versions

Hey there.
I have only a passing familiarity with computers past basic day-to-day use. I was wondering if somebody could help me in installing a second version of the game on my computer on a different drive so I have have both Camarilla and Final Nights. Basically I can't work out how to start the install, setup.exe just starts the uninstall process. Where and what am I looking for?
