Can't get past guard using Obfuscate 1 in tutorial

Just wanted to let everyone know that I fixed this issue today. The guard's sight was cut down to half so yes he can still detect you but it gives the player ALOT more leway now. I think veterans and noobs alike will find it alot easier to get past him.

I don't recall having problems with him... You only needed to be carefull.

Seriously, thanks. That Sabbat vato might not have been a problem for us veterans, but I bet a couple of people dropped TFN for him.

I actually got quite a few complaints about that part. In fact people felt they were forced to take Obfuscate 2 at the beginning of the game just to get past that part. I will admit, it was very difficult, doable but very difficult. And someone mentioned that "It's the tutorial, it shouldn't be that hard to get past in the tutorial" which I tend to agree with.

Either way, the new Sabbat guard is blind as a bat so it's pretty easy now.

I don't know. Who would play an obfuscate character and then start with level one? Obfuscate one is, to quote Jack, "Fake tits on a zombie" worthless. I wouldn't make him too blind.

Well three of the seven clans have it but only the Samedi absolutely need it. I could see players not upgrading Setites or Baali characters to Obfuscate 2 for the simple reason that they want to spend their initial points in Serpentis or Daimonon. For a Samedi, Obfuscate 2 is almost mandatory.

Hey! Since when do Sabbat have echolocation? So not fair!!!

He must be a City Gangrel then. And quite morphed already, after only a day or so under the night.
