Items aren't there or is my inspection too low (6)? There were some car stereos or something if memory serves.

The item you'd find there is the 'Tap Hotel' tape, which is needed for the Poster Quest. Though as that quest has been removed in TFN, so has the tape. If it was meant to be replaced by something else, I can't say.

The tape was removed, and afaik not replaced by anything else.
You can find a car stereo in the crack house, and three of them in Zhao's. If Zer0 hasn't changed that for TFN. But I don't think so.

I haven't messed with the car stereos at all, they should all be in their proper places.
