Where do I change discipline effect - like the original Fortitude aura?

Depends, passive disciplines can be changed in stats.txt while targeted disciplines can be changed in disciplinetgt_xxx. There is also a \Vampire\Particle folder where you can personally manipulate the particle effects on a granular level.
