You may post detiled description of what you have done to the mod, what kind of game you have (CD, Retail, Steam: it does make a difference), what your system is... That would give us a start.

Do you know how to enter console and copy the error log? There is a lot of things, don't worry, most of it is crap that does nothing, but it could contain an answer to your question as well.

The skin looks really cool! its a replacement for Tremer or something like that, but yeah it keeps making me look like a Bat... O,O'

Never mix mods! Bloodlines doesn't take it well. If you have CE other mods could be a no.

Play with CE only and ditch Alucard mod.

I want the alucard skin with the CE though

mods in VtM:B are made by working directly inside the game files, that's why merging mods isn't possible. If the Alucard mod is ONLY a visual change, it might be possible by changing a few lines, but I'm no modder so I am probably very wrong in that regard.

You probably don't even need to change any lines. Just put the model in the proper folder.

I don't know about models, but isn't it just some files you have to copy and paste? What are the Skin files? Or what files do you get from the Skin Mod? And hasn't it got a readme?

I downloaded the mod and checked the archive. Turns out it's not compatible with CE. Instead of just replacing the standard Ventrue mdoel it adds it's own models and then edits clandoc and several weapon files. It also doesn't really fit because the various armor are used to represent different forms. For example light clothes is bat form, heavy clothes is hellhound, and leather is the actual red suit. It would feel weird to me to fly around Santa Monica in bat form while people act like I'm a normal human being.

So basically you have three choices:
1) play with CE and without Alucard mod (recommended)
2) play with Alucard mod and without CE (not recommended, but to each his own)
3) persuade someone to make a version of Alucard mod that will be compatble with CE (unlikely)

In that case, it's not compatible with any version of the game, except for the version it was created with. Perhaps it can be used with different versions of the patch, but certainly not with any other mod. Most mods also make changes to clandoc, so you'd have to merge it in, not just copy it.
More efford than it's worth unless you are an experienced bloodlines modder and want to use it for yourself or your own mod.
