| I was talking to friend the other day about his new computer, and he was going on how it had this and that. How fast it was etc etc, and it starting me thinking what my first computer was.
It was a Sinclair ZX80 which I had until I got a ZX Spectrum.
I always wanted a Commodore PET which we were using at work at the time but they were way too expensive for me at time.
So when the Commodore Vic20 came out I grabbed it. Followed by the C64. Then when the Amiga 500 came along I was in heaven.
Then the Amiga 600 with a huge 1MB of ram and a 20MB Hard drive. It had a very good WIMP environment. A computer I still have which I think is still one of the best ever made.
Now I am along with most others are using a PC of one sort or another. I never got the chance of using or owning one of the early apples so I have idea what it was like to use one of those.

| I got my first Computer rather late cuz of money issues. I hope i remember a few things about it. I know it was a Pentium II with ~300 mhz. I had 512 MB RAM and they only thing i remember 100% is my Matrox Millenium G200 graphics card! I had a 1 GB HDD. The rest i honestly can't remember anymore.
Well that was the first computer I bought from my own money. It was 98/99 or something iirc. Before that i always borrowed things from friends and such.

| My first one was in 89 or 90. It was a 386 with DOS 6, Win 3.1 operating system. And it was the BIG mashine with 2 MB RAM and a 40M harddisc. - | |
