After completing that activities at Gallery Noir and talking to Therese, her facial expression reverts to a calm state between dialogue sequences, she only has the angry expression for the third dialogue section and after the conversation is completed. I remember her having an angry facial expression throughout the entire conversation before.

I'm not sure about that. But I'm quite sure that I have never touched this part of the dialog.
