Music plays twice

If this is posted elsewhere, I apologize for the duplicate but...

I am currently playing the CE Final Edition on a new load of Bloodlines and when I enter a new city, either form the cab, or if I enter a building and then come back out into the main part of the street, I hear the music for that city play twice. As in: the music starts and a 1/2 second later is starts again and I hear the same tracks playing over one another with a slight delay.

Any ideas on this?

Hm, on my recent playthrough, I had a similar effect in the diner. But since it only seems to have happened one time, I haven't looked into it.

Can't confirm for sure, but I had a daaamn weird feeling Downtown.

So far it's happening each time I go to a new city, in every city. I don't think I've encountered this issue when entering buildings or clubs though - kinda weird.

Do you use your own music or have you play it the vanilla soundtrack?

It kind of occurs with both the Vanilla and the edited soundtrack. I have TFN's Downtown theme has "lahub_2" and the original Vanilla theme as well, but it only plays the theme that's to play twice, no crossing of themes.

I'm not using my own music. This was a clean install of Bloodlines with CE Final installed right after that.

I have the same thing happening to me, and I'm also using a clean
Bloodlines install with CE Final and no other mods. Downtown, Hollywood,
Chinatown... not certain offhand if Santa Monica does it or not, but it
probably does. It only affects the town areas--music for individual
levels or other scenes, like the Ocean House, Asp Hole or Strauss's
chantry, are perfectly normal.

Does it happen all the time, or only after you went into the sewers? If it's not caused by some sound scheme I may have overlooked when creating the custom music, I don't have any idea what can cause this.

This happens all the time regardless of sewers.

Ditto. I'm currently finishing a game I've been playing as a Gangrel, and have been in the sewers maybe five times, tops. I still hear the doubled music if I've just left The Last Round, come from the taxi, etc.
