| Just to let everyone know I am taking a sabbatical from the game. I am personally not in a healthy spot right now and putting myself in the mind of a psychopath is not a good idea. Claudia is going to be taking over Neb while I am away. I will be returning and I will be lurking and hanging out here, it just would not be healthy to play a character like Neb at this time. | |

Inverted comas....silly non Americans. what is an inverted coma? insomnia? also, the grammar asshole in me demands that I say that that should have been "Inverted comas? "" " are called quotation marks."

| "inverted commas" is the UK term. I use the plural (commas) because mine have two thingies : " But "inverted comma" in singular exists : She said, ‘Yes, that would be lovely.’ and they DO look like a comma (,) upside down I don't have those single inverted commas in my keyboard, just apostrophes ( ' these fuckers) Annnnd my >> looking thingies, they're not on the keyboard but if I write in French, it automatically changes my " to « (or the closed version) SOOO YEAH. Syntax rules are very different depending on countries and on languages. | |

Syntax rules are different, but this is just punctuation, I believe. And yeah. We have different symbols for quotes as well.

| „This stuff is way too complicated.“
How we use "inverted" commas in Germany (when not using Guillemets, i.e. in handwriting instead of print). Really difficult not to mess up if you have to use inverted commas in English, and I can't count how often I've made that mistake in manual writing (with programs, it's just setting the language to English instead of German and you're good, but sadly, that feature is only coming in Brain 2.0...)

| William pokes the frozen characters as they're not being controlled. "huh...", he shrugged with a look of boredom.
He got an evil gleam in his eyes as he took the sheriff's hand and slowly modeled the hand into a pointing gesture and pushed the finger into the Malkavian's nose. Taking a step back to admire his childlike antics, he smiled, "See, who said storytelling is hard? Excellent!"
Walking to the wall, he placed his hand on the wall and pulled out a cup of tea, he turned towards the scene, pondering the situation, he took a sip and spat it out in disgust. Rolling his eyes, he poured it out on the ground, tapped the cup and sipped his fresh supply of warm, human temperature blood. Putting his hand in one of Alicia's pockets, he pulls out her character sheet and frowns as the page is covered in a mosaic as he regards it, displeased, he dropped the page on the floor as it disintegrated once more and tossed the teacup in a general direction, not caring for the mess since it will correct itself eventually.
He walked through the wall, the surface rippling as he passed through it, and apparated once more in a local game shop, weaving through the last few npc's still active before the shop closed for the evening, he browsed the shelves for games that came out around the current timezone. Finding one he missed, a copy appeared in his hands along with a PSP. Grabbing another cup of blood out of the air, he retraced his steps as he walked through a nearby wall, but not before briefly pausing as something at the gag section caught his attention. Cackling as an evil Genius as he took a small box with him, he phased once more through a random wall and appeared at the 'courtroom'.
He placed the empty cup on Griffin's head as he made his way towards Neb, frozen since his player wasn't online, took the small gag box from his pocket and emptied the itching powder all over the Setite's head. "Here you go pretty boy!" he added with a childlike giggle, and dropped the empty box on Claudia's lap.
After several hours of playing the PSP, he groaned, bored and tossed the machine away like all his other creations, he slumped over his chair in an exasperated sigh. He regarded the Prince, whom was kneeled in front of him, holding up 2 tankards with blood, wearing a pink Tutu and a red clown's wig, "is it me, or was 2011 a very bad year for games except a few triple A games?"
After the NPC showed a profound lack of movement, the Tremere leaned over and moved the prince's mouth. "Why yes Esteemed emergency Pseudo storyteller! Ghastly year it was milord! Surely 2014 will be much better!"
Reaching for his cane, he got up and made his way to the new player character, walking a little circle around her, humming Gary Oldman's version of 'My Way', before making his way over to Miriel. "Oh Player Character once more ey? Brilliant."
William clicked his fingers to reset the Prince, leaving the rest, and made his way back over to his spot and took his position which he held during his last action.
