I'm sorry about this topic because this is mostly a VtM oriented Forum, but I wanted to ask, if to spark some more discussion, but what is your favorite other WoD gameline? Favorite subsplat of that (Werewolf Tribes, Mage Traditions) or other things? Is there any reasons for doing so? This extends to the nWoD gamelines and even fanmade games of both.
For reference, there's some boxes underneath the main text of both. One box of official games and the second on fan made ones.

I wish I had gotten to play it, but I could never find the right players, but Wraith always fascinated me.

I like Werewolf the Apocalypse... Surprise, surprise, I know.
I would have made not too bad a Glass Walker, to think of it...
EDIT: A Wraith game will bring your mood down sooner than you can say "sad"... I never met a group to play it with, unfortunately.
As for Werewolf, I found a couple of morsels in Skyrim:

Now I finally know how to use the Totems of Borherhood and the Hunt. I was already wondering how to activate those bloody things.
Anyway, I'm most familiar with Vampire, but Mage seems to be pretty cool too. It's extremeyl flexible in the kinds of characters you can portray. From Hairry Potter style wizards to pseudo super saiyans to something along the lines of Iron Man, Mage can do it all.

Maybe I haven't read much into it, but Kindred of the East would be something I might be interested in, if only for the severely adverse reaction that Bloodlines gives to the Kuei-Jinn, or rather to players about them(at least if read into what is being said about you, as Kindred). I can imagine every single one of Ming's lines dripping with poison, or other unspeakable caustic horrors, although any would cause varying levels of discomfort, perhaps even to the point of being painful, just listening to one like her.
"No matter the pretentious view you hold, the only truth I find in you, is that you are damned for a purpose. I may by damned, but my purpose, is my own. Yours, is set by that cruel bitch known as fate. Thus, do you hate what I am, because I could choose. You could not."
Or so how it seems, anyway.

played a mummy chronicle for three weeks. Most of us decided it would be better if they had just slapped an Egyptian skin on Mage, and that was that. NWoD Hunter is actually a really good game. Just keep the new versions of SoL out of it.

Favourites:
Vampire: The Requiem (especially Blood and Smoke: The Strix Chronicle) Dark Ages: Fae Changeling: The Lost (needs a little tweaking) Vampire: Requiem for Rome Geist: The Sin-Eaters World of Darkness (new and the God Machine Chronicle)
Secondaries:
Mage: The Awakening Wraith: The Oblivion (the setting is a bit over-done, in typical oWoD fashion)
It's Okay:
Mage: The Ascension
Love/Hate Relationship:
Vampire: The Masquerade/Dark Ages: Vampire (great flavour and fluff; too set in stone (lore) and too shoe-horned into certain playstyle by flavour/too apocalyptic) Kindred of the East/Blood and Silk (great idea, executed poorly/train wreck of East Asian cultures) Changeling: The Dreaming (good ideas, executed poorly) Land of Eight Million Dreams (good ideas, executed poorly/train wreck of East Asian cultures)

I'm reminded of an awesome site.
http://rp.thesubnet.com/
This is an exceptionally good website when listing the lore and systems of all the WoD Gamelines, both new and old.
As for me.
I like Vampire the Masquerade, Changeling the Lost, Mage the Ascension, and a fanmade game called Princess the Hopeful in nWoD (Magical Girls in the WoD ).
As for specific things, Salubri and Malkavian Clans in VtM, Winter and Sun/Moon courts in CtL, Hollow Ones in MtAc, and finally the Queen and Court of Mirrors in PtH.

For the sub-systems, my favourite vampire clan is probably Tremere, but Nosferatu have also grown on me. I'm not really that familiar with Mage yet so no favourite tradition.
