Okay I changed the locked threads with "Red" and the announcements are now "Blue". I made this change because Malkav complained that Blue for locked was stupid.

okay so we currently have:

Green for forums with no new posts
Green for topics with no new posts

Yellow for forums with new posts
Yellow for topics with new posts

Red for locked forums
Red for locked topics

Blue for announcements in general.

Hm....

How about a lighter blue for new posts in announcements and a darker blue when there are no new posts?

I'd argue being more flexible is a benefit, what I don't see any point is is change for change's sake. I prefer it if a change carries some sort of improvement over the old formula to make it worthwhile to adjust to which I don't think this does and thus my vote has been cast. That said, if it does stay I will adapt given time and ultimately think little else of it, but as it is I see no greater point in it and think I'd prefer what I'm already used to thus ridding myself of the time and effort to get used to something else serving the exact same purpose.

Windows ignores the three basic computer laws:
-Never change a running system
-Never run a changing system
-Change a never running system

Had to google Grindr. So yeah, apparently something like that. You can choose your sexuality as far as I know.

So basically as far as I know, you put a picture/pictures of yourself and you can write a couple of sentences about yourself. Then you choose the maximum destination people should be in order to show up and the age you're interested in.

So if you put let's say 10 kilometers, you'll be able to browse through all people that fit the criteria.

Then comes the fun part. You have to choose whether you the people you see or not. If you swipe right, it means you like them. If they swipe you right as well, you're can chat. If one doesn't like the other, you won't be able to message each other at all.


This is basically what I know of Tinder, without trying it myself. I've watch couple of friends use it though. Seems fun and a much better option than Zer0's plenty of fish websites, I suppose

Edit: You can use it in anyway you like. Apparently in America a lot of people use it for one night stands, yes. I don't know what's the situation in Europe though.
