| So, I dunno if you guys know or not, but the reason I've been so absent from TCI is because I took a serious plunge down the Skyrim rabbit hole. And now I'm balls-deep in making my own mod, the Stormcloak Soldier Patch. It's very rudimentary at this stage: mostly it adds a new Stormcloak camp near the Pale Pass Gate, and most of my page admins' characters as NPCs. This update won't feature any custom dialogue or the quests I want to implement, mostly due to lack of decent recording equipment and the fact that the laptop I'm using won't let me properly use the custom AI Package window in the Creation Kit.
I'm posting this here because I love you guys a lot, and would greatly value any input. Also, because I'm sure more than one of you (looking at you, Zer0Morph) know a lot more about the CK than I do, and I would appreciate any help I can get on bringing my mod to life.

| Awesome stuff! Glad to know it wasn't something important that pulled you away from us, HAHA! No but really, it's great to see you're creating something, doesn't it feel good each milestone you reach? As far as my knowledge of Creation Kit goes, I haven't really done any modding for Skyrim but I did quite a bit for Fallout 3. But honestly I dropped Fallout 3 for Bloodlines back in 2009 and this may come to a surprise to most people but, I actually enjoy modding Bloodlines more. Something about this stupid game keeps me enthralled. I would really have to reach back into the far depths of my mind to remember anything about CK that could be useful. Malkav would need to use Auspex on me because I just can't remember. | |

| I actually found some of your Fallout stuff on the Nexus awhile back. Looked pretty good. But I can understand the appeal of Bloodlines. Eventually I do plan on making the Outlander Edition I promised years ago, but my skills are extremely rudimentary and Bloodlines is a LOT harder to mod than any Bethesda or Rockstar game. Speaking of the Nexus, have you guys ever thought of pushing for a Bloodlines presence there, since they're supposedly open to all games now? ---- EDIT: So turns out VTMB already has a presence on the Nexus, but it's rather... disappointing. Seriously, this is all there is. | |

| I went to Nexusmods when I saw they had a Bloodlines section and when I saw how little it was, I left. I was going to upload TFN there but I didn't think anyone would see it, LOL. | |

| You should upload it. It would probably be the first File of the Month there. | |

I'd upload my stuff there too, but there is this little worry in the back of my head. Could be nothing to worry about, but as much as I understand why the Nexus is like it is, the fact that they have an entire subforum for telling everybody what someone else did to get banned or whatever else... Maybe at some point I'll bite that bullet, but I don't know.

Hm, I don't know. I have dabbled in Oblivion modding. I wasn't even able to put a simple chest on a map, no idea how anybody can work with that system. The scripting editor is primitive, the language awkward, and the boolean logic works completely wrong. - Quote :

Seriously, this is all there is. I know. I've looked there a few months ago when I had digged out oblivion for some time.

| I've done some modding for all the TES games since Morrowind, but I've mostly dabbled with tweaking numbers on actors, items and game system formulas. Did a little bit of scripting too. | |
