Funny thing. I drained the guy in Lotus Blossom for the Ox quest. On the way to kill Zygaena I went through Lotus Blossom for a drink, and guess who was there, standing in the locker room?!

Remember the old movie "Double Impact" with Jean Claude Van Damm? You probably just ran into his twin brother who was investigating his murder, lol.
