| I should start off and say that i'm not the most competent at modding, but I've done my best here. I installed the game via steam (I can't find my hard disk version anymore) and I run steam as administrator and I run VtM:B in compatibility mode and administrator. I've installed TFN 1.3 and then 1.3.1 hotfix. When I play the game I go to start the game it goes well enough at start up. I can't see the opening splash screens, however when I get to the main menu things are okay. I click on new game and it starts to move to load, but the game freezes up and then crashes.
I've tried looking at the other posts on the forum that has attempted to address similar problems to mine, there was mention of working with mod loader (which I don't even know where/what this is to even begin to try it out). Suffice it to say it took me about 2 hours just to get the game to allow me to get to the point where it is crashing now and I can't figure out how to get the game to actually run so that I can play. I am on windows 10. | |
