Could this announcement be related to VTM/WoD?

Basically it's 4 question survey, which just shows that Paradox has an announcement on 15th of March 5PM Pacific time, it also shows their logo and Obsidian's logo, and before fans were asking Paradox to give Obsidian to develop new WoD related game, and Paradox was teasing about it, also... one of only 3 links provided on the page leads to this reddit page https://www.reddit.com/r/vtmb/comments/4a0ulh/possibly_a_new_world_of_darkness_game_if_you/

So... the hype is real^^
