Where are those 2 Girls in VTM Bloodlines?

Hi ,i got a Question ,either i am absolute Blind or stupid or idk ,but i saw so often on my Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines Cover 2 seem to be also Vampire.
She wears a Police Outfit and looks like a Mistress ,on her hip a Whip ,where is that Girl to find ,on the Cover you see her in the Club Confession ,but i was hundred Times there ,she isnt there ,does anyone know ,where and how to Locate her?
And the other Girl/Vampire wears some Cowgirl Hat and some brown Vest or a Western Outfit ,also her i never saw or found anywhere ,where are all those Babes ,or are they only on US-Version????
I got the German Version ,means EU Version.
Does anyone know ,where too find those 2 Ladys?
Oh btw ,what i true on the Rumor ,that a Vampires the Masquerade Bloodlines 3 comes out?????????

To the best of my knowledge Bloodlines never had a sequel so there is no third installment in the works either.

Maybe you're confusing Bloodlines to be a sequel of Vampire: The Masquerade: Redemption?

Findable on Google ,search for Obsidian and Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines 3 ,you find it.
Can be a Rumor only or idk ,maybe we get a total new Remake of the old VtM Bloodlines ,would be awesome ,VtM Bloodlines with modern Mesh like in Fallout 4 or Skyrim ,with High Detail Graphics.

The only thing I know about is project vaulderie, but they got a "cease and desist" before the ownership change. They tried to port bloodlines to another engine, unity I think, along with better graphics and more flexibility concerning clans and disciplines.
