I once asked the "are you Eastern European" to someone who was slovakian/slovenian.( I have no idea how to differenciate the two. Who the fuck thought "hey let's put two similarly named countries very very close together".)

He didn't like that very much, but he was in Brazil surronded by Brazilians so he had to deal with it.

To differentiate us consider the following. SlovAKia is the one geographically closer to Russia which was formerly known as USSR and their most famous firearm is the AK-47.

SlovENia is the other one.

I would say yes but you put China and some countries of Africa / Middle East / Eastern Europe there, then I'm not so sure.

I don't consider it to be that outlandish though. Brazil has some of the most dangerous cities in the world. The city I live in was ranked 16th in murder per inhabitant at 2016.

Also, Slovakia exists thanks to the Czechs, 'cause Masaryk took them from Hungary after the first war. The state has not existed before, ever, unlike us (Make the Lands of the Czech Crown great again). So they stabbed us in the back after 21 years, and hate us.

@ American diversity, You'll find that most people who fly the Confederate flag do so out of a support of States Rights, though most who don't fly Ol' Stars 'N Bars see it as only a racist emblem. I'm still not sure how it became associated with anti-LGBT, as the CSA actually had laws that, while not intentionally written to do so, did offer gays some legal protections and would have eventually offered those to trans-men without rewritting the laws. The CSA was distinctly anti-feminism and extremely anti-womanism, admittedly, so you will have a very hard time finding a feminist who will sport the Confederate flag.
So I could easily a gay male, upset with how the federal government is behaving or the powers it is assuming unto itself, would fly both flags at once.

Lithuanian are Balts, so almost as far from a Slav as the Germans...
