Well, look like this, I have 20mb internet (recently upgraded from 2mb, internet here is VERY expensive), and I am playing on US East server with 100 to 200 ping.
That Brazil to US East. You're going to play EU to EU!
What is your internet, btw? (anyone can anwser, I'm curious) | |

That's very easy to configure. Every person on the house will have the same share of internet, and whenever someone is not using it everybody else gets a little bit more of net, so you won't feel any changes when you're alone. | |

But you know it means a crappy internet for everyone all the time? It wont be crappy for everyone all the time. If one person is using, then it gets 100% If 10 are using, each get up to 10%. But, those 10% depend on how much they actually use; if you use 1% and there are 10 people total, then they get 99% to use. Meaning, however is using a lot of the net will suffer, while whoever uses just a little will get a little (or big) boost. | |
