I think Blood and Wine technically adds more content since it adds a new map area plenty with sidequests, new
items to hunt and etc., but the writing on Hearts of Stone is absolutely glorious.

I think someone already got the rights, tried for a game and failed. That's why he expected CDP to fail as well and asked for very little money. Now he wants to get paid for making a mistake.
