Necromantic and Occultish personality bugged

Hello,

ok so i made this account just now to post a bug in the "Necromantic" and "Occultish personality" quests in CE 1.3. But first of all i would like to say great job to Zer0Morph and anyone else who has contributed to the VtMB camarilla edition. I resently pulled VtMB off the shelf again for another reliving of my vampire adventures, and while checking for patches i stumbled on your project. Sofar i'm very enthousiastic about it. especially the increased strength of disiplines and also the bloodloss make the game have a much higher "monstrous bloodsucker factor"

Now on to the bug. The quests Necromantic and Occultish personality themselves are probably not bugged for me, its just that the ventilation shafts in the hospital won't unlock. I'm not sure anymore what should usually happen, but if i'm correct the Haunted LA filmer guy should unlock the vent himself after talking to him. Either that or it should unlock after seeing the security footage on the pc down the hall. This basicly stops me from ever getting to Pisha. It kinda bugs me out because i really loved the evilness of her quests.

Oh and i'm using a CD install version of the game with no mods except for CE 1.3

So i would like to ask anyone who reads this if they ever experienced this bug, and if anyone knows a way to avoid the problem.

welcome to CE, and thanks for your friendly words to our work. This kind of mails is the blood that keeps us modders going.

The ventilation shafts only open up when you have talked to Pisha. I don't know where exactly you are stucked, but you have to find your way down there through the hospital. That vent is only for a simple way out and back in after you met her. Btw CE has not altered this quest, so you can use any walkthrough if you need advice on this one.

Oh ye now i see it. It's actually a broken down ventilation shaft that you have to climb up into and not the locked vents. I was so confused because i already checked on gamebanshee and it talked about entering a ventilation shaft, guess i was just trying to enter the wrong one

I got down to Pisha and had no further problems. After finishing the quest necromantic the vent is still locked though, but now it doesnt matter because the blockades in the hospital are gone and i can walk straight through .

Did you leave Pisha through the vent or did you travel all the way back? It probably only opens from the inside.

It does only opens from the inside, but once you opened it once, then it's all good

Never tried the other way out.

Oh yes your totally right i took the shortcut from Pisha to upstairs and it opened.
