dots dots dots (Finance)

I am getting two points in Haggle per dot in Finance. Gangrel male Anda. Don't know if game treats me by the number displayed.

In the past, with Malk ninja, with armor on, while spending XP (not lost yet?), I was able to take back dots from Dexterity ~ undo dots and get XP previously spent.

This is intentional acording to page 6 of the manual.

It doesn't give as big as advantage as it first appears, rules_tables.txt has been changed to give different weightings to different levels of haggle.

So as far as selling is concerned you now need 14 to get the same price as you would have obtained with 8. Assuming the comments are correct.
