(Fixed) Failed a mission I didn't even get..?

Ok, just got onto Chinatown and went back to check my email and I have an email from Bert yelling at me because I didn't clear the files on the computer from the asian vamp quest. now that's all fine and dandy but I never got that quest. Was I supposed to or..?

Apparently no condition was set to only shoot that email IF the mission was set in motion. Bad Malkav Bad, LOL. I'll take a look at it and point the appropriate condition to send the email ONLY if you actively set that quest in motion.

I never got any indication the mission even existed, no note telling me to look at my computer when I got back to SM nor any email on my computer... Did I miss it because of a low inspection or..?

No you didn't miss anything because of low inspection, there was a bug in Quest. I've spent a good solid 5 hours getting this quest fixed and testing every tiny variable possible to make sure it works perfectly, and now I can say it finally does. The appears only after meeting Bertram, and entering Foxy Boxes, and only if you haven't read Bertram's 1st email.

Also now the quest won't fail unless you took it but didn't complete it by the time LaCroix sends you to Hollywood. If you enter Foxy Boxes, and meet Bertram then you WILL receive an email asking you to wipe the computer. It's a very fun bug free quest now. Exciting!
