No Nossie photo at Milligan's. Perception 5.

Was this photo used in any way in the game, or was it just a fun little prop... but useless? If it's not used for any specific purpose, I could see making a quick little quest out of retrieving it.

I believed it was used to get one of the posters from Gary

If that was all it was used for then I may turn it into a Masquerade Redemption quest. Since the poster quest chain is removed then we have more freedom to do stuff with these items.
