(Not a bug) Nines after Elizabeth

Doesn't want to give me 4th dot in melee. Was it changed?

You're melee was probably too high, it's been capped but I'll check it out.

I just checked and it's like the others, you can only get that line to appear if you have a level 1 or 2 melee. If it's higher than that, then you don't get the line.
