Change config file

Hello guys.
I found your awesome forum and i love the mods you have here.I have one question though.
Is there a config file so i can change the stats of the CE mod like the minutes required to lose 1 blood point (ex. from 3 to 5 minutes)?

edit: Also i dont need the unofficial patch cause 8.1 version is included right?

For the bloodloss-rate, you have to edit -bloodlines\vampire\python\vamputil.py
Find the function def OnBLEvent(): and change BloodMaxCount.
